What to Include When You Get in Touch
The faster we can quote you, the fewer emails back and forth. Five things cover almost every enquiry:
- Date — and whether it's fixed or flexible
- Location — the venue address, or at least the city
- Guest count — an estimate is fine, we can adjust later
- What kind of event — school, corporate, wedding, birthday, festival
- Dietary requirements — halal, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or nut-free
What happens next
We reply within a few hours during business hours, and within 24 hours otherwise. You'll get a per-person quote against a specific package rather than a vague range. Minimum booking is $1,400 total. A deposit confirms your date and the balance is due on or before the event day — e-transfer, credit card and cheque all work.
Before you call
Most of the common questions are already answered on the FAQ page — space requirements, whether we need power or water, how long setup takes, cancellation terms. Worth two minutes before you pick up the phone.
Booking timeline
4–6 weeks ahead for most events, and longer through June and July. Weddings and large corporate events are best at 2–3 months. If we're already booked on your date we'll tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
