Burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs and fries or salad, with beverages, grilled fresh for the family and guests. See BBQ catering.
Dessert Table
Fresh mini donuts, churros, ice cream and other sweets, served alongside coffee. Works well for a celebration of life. See desserts.
How It Works
Call us first
When time is short, a phone call is the fastest way to find out if we can cover your date. Call (365) 299-3705 with the date, location and roughly how many people you expect, and we’ll tell you right away what we can do.
Where we can serve
Family homes and backyards, community halls, banquet rooms, places of worship with event space, and parks. We bring our own generator, propane and equipment, so you don’t need to arrange power, water or kitchen access. A single station needs about 10×10 ft.
On the day
We arrive 60–90 minutes before guests, serve for up to two hours, and take 30–45 minutes to clear away. An on-site coordinator and our serving staff handle everything, so you don’t need to ask family or friends to help in the kitchen.
Dietary needs and traditions
Halal options are available across our menus, and we confirm which items are halal-certified before you book. Vegetarian and vegan options are standard, gluten-free is available on most items, and nut-free can be arranged. If there are customs we should follow at the gathering, tell us and we will plan around them.
Pricing
The reception lunch starts at $27 per person, and the coffee bar and dessert table are quoted to your guest count. The minimum booking is $1,400 total, with staff, disposables, setup and cleanup included.
