BOOKING & PRICING
The easiest way is to fill out our booking form online or call us at (416) 827-0500. Tell us your date, location, estimated guest count, and which services you're interested in, and we'll get back to you quickly with availability and a custom quote.
Our packages start at $7pp for single-item add-ons (like roasted corn or corn dogs), $11pp for birthday/kids packages, and $21pp+ for full BBQ or food truck packages. Our minimum booking is typically $1,200 for most packages. Contact us for an exact quote — pricing depends on your guest count, services, and location.
We require a deposit to confirm your booking date. The deposit amount varies by event size. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque. Details will be included in your booking confirmation.
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for June & July (our busiest months). For weddings and large corporate events, 2–3 months is ideal. We do sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings — just call us and we'll see what we can do!
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7–14 days will receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a small rebooking fee.
FOOD & DIETARY
Yes! We offer halal options across all of our menus. Our beef burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and other proteins are available in halal versions. Please mention halal requirements when booking and we will confirm which items are halal-certified for your event.
Yes — gluten-free options are available across most of our menu items. We also accommodate vegetarian and vegan requests. For severe allergies, please contact us directly when booking so we can confirm ingredients and cross-contamination protocols for your specific event.
We can accommodate nut-free events — just let us know when booking. We'll confirm exactly which menu items are nut-free and take extra precautions with our setup for your event. This is especially common for school events and birthday parties.
Yes! We offer veggie burgers, corn (all flavours are vegetarian), mini donuts, corn dogs (veggie option available), roasted corn, most fried foods, and more. For vegan-specific needs, contact us and we'll confirm which items fit.
Yes — everything is cooked fresh on-site at your event. We never deliver pre-cooked food. Our team arrives early to set up the grill, fryer, or roasting station and starts cooking as guests arrive. This is what makes our food taste so good — it's made right there in front of your guests!
LOGISTICS & SETUP
We serve all of Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding areas. For events outside the GTA, contact us — we can sometimes accommodate depending on the event size and date.
Space requirements vary by service. A single food station (like roasted corn) needs roughly a 10×10 ft area. Our food truck needs a clear lane and about 30 ft length. Full BBQ setups require a 20×20 ft area. We are fully self-sufficient — we bring our own generator, propane, and equipment. No electricity required.
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before service starts to set up our stations. Service runs for up to 2 hours. After service, we spend about 30–45 minutes on teardown and cleanup. We leave the area spotless.
We operate in most weather conditions! Our team is equipped with canopy tents for our cooking and serving stations. Light rain is no problem. For severe weather (thunderstorms, etc.), we'll work with you to decide whether to proceed or reschedule. We recommend having a backup tent or indoor option available for your guests' comfort.
Yes — all staffing is included in every package. This includes an on-site event coordinator, cooking staff, and serving staff. For larger events we bring more team members. You don't need to provide any help — our crew handles everything from setup to cooking to cleanup.

Absolutely — this is one of our most popular setups! Many clients combine BBQ + roasted corn + mini donuts, or food truck + roasted corn + corn dogs. We can run multiple stations simultaneously at the same event. Just tell us what you're looking for and we'll build the perfect carnival lineup.
Our food truck can come to parks, private properties, corporate parking lots, event venues, community centres, school fields, and most outdoor locations. We need a clear access lane of about 30 feet and ideally a flat surface. For indoor events or tight spaces, we use our portable grill and fryer setups instead.

WEDDINGS & CORPORATE
Yes — we love weddings! Our food truck and carnival stations are perfect for wedding receptions, late-night snack bars, cocktail hours, and outdoor ceremonies. We've done hundreds of weddings across the GTA. Check out our wedding page for packages and ideas.
Yes — corporate events are a big part of what we do! We handle company picnics, staff appreciation BBQs, client appreciation events, year-end parties, and office lunches. We can serve 50 to 500+ guests and provide on-site coordinator, full staffing, and complete setup/cleanup. See our corporate page for details.
We've catered events with 500+ guests with no problem. For very large events (300+), we bring extra staff and set up multiple cooking stations to keep wait times short. Just let us know your expected headcount when booking and we'll make sure we're fully staffed for your event.
